Survey data: property addresses, inspection notes, photographs, and AI-generated report content you create within the platform.
Payment data: billing information is processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
Usage data: log data, IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically.
Communications: any emails or messages you send to our support team.

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide and operate the Surveyor AI platform.
To generate AI-powered survey reports using your uploaded content.
To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe.

To improve our services and fix bugs.

Cloud file storage provider — stores inspection photos and exported reports.
AI processing provider — survey data and images are processed to generate AI-assisted reports. Data is not used for AI model training.
Payment processor — handles subscription billing. We do not store card details.
Email delivery provider — sends transactional emails (account, billing, notifications).
Hosting & infrastructure provider — runs the platform infrastructure.

All providers are contractually bound to handle your data securely and only for the purpose of providing their services.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and survey data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
