Set up your profile

Go to Profile in the sidebar. Add your name, job title, qualifications, and upload your logo and signature — these appear on every exported report.

Create a new survey

Go to Dashboard and click "New Survey". Choose the survey type that matches your instruction.

Fill in the questionnaire

Enter the property details, client name, inspection date, and answer the on-site questions. Each survey type has its own form.

Upload your photos

Drag and drop or browse to upload your inspection photos. Upload the photos you need for the survey — the AI uses these to understand the property.

Generate the AI report

Click "Generate Report". The AI will analyse your photos and answers, then draft a full professional report. This takes 1–4 minutes.

Review, edit, and export

Review the drafted report, make any edits inline, assign photos to sections, then export to PDF or Word. Finalise the report to lock it.
