Yes. Upload one of your reports and we set up the sections and fields from it. Your PDF layout is then designed to match in the Report Designer.
Do our surveyors need training?
Very little. Surveyors take photos, record voice notes and give ratings as they do today. We run a walkthrough for your team at go-live.
Who is responsible for the report?
Your surveyor. The AI prepares a draft; your surveyor reviews, edits and signs it off before it is issued.
Can we still use the standard RICS report types?
Yes. Level 2, Level 3, Condition, Stock Condition, Snagging and Schedule of Condition are all included alongside your own templates.
